Jean currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer & President of Meta Logic Strategic Consulting (MLSC); a social development firm he and his brother launched in the fall of 2017. Prior to launching MLSC Jean served 12 years with the NYC Department of Education as the Brooklyn Borough Liaison for Students in Temporary Housing in the Office of Safety and Youth Development.

Herb is a passionate and proven leader, who believes in the ability of youth to excel regardless of circumstance,
and the potential of minority communities to thrive once given the resources to do so. Over the past two decades, Herb has worked with leading companies in the private sector and nonprofit organizations. Before joining MLSC, Herb served as the Director of Youth Services for Union Settlement Association.
Nahjee Cook
Marketing & Resources Director
Nahjee Cook has over 10 years of experience working with marginalized individuals and advocating for youth. She is devoted to educating herself and developing her skill set to increase her ability to serve others more efficiently and effectively.
Alisha Cross
Senior Associate
Alisha Cross has served in various roles in the New York City Department Education for over 30 years. During her tenure she served as teacher, mentor-teacher, department coordinator, Assistant Principal, Director of School Achievement and Administrator for Special Education. Throughout her career she has focused on students and their socio-emotional well-being, as well their academic success.

Lens Louis is a dedicated professional who has passionately worked with the youth for over six years, lens crafting his journey as an educational consultant. During his college years, having worked with various non-profits such as S.I.M.B.A. SANKOFA, etc, he realized every individual has opportunities to make a significant impact. A graduate of Hofstra University, Lens honed his skills over the years, creating and developing many opportunities to better guide the youth.
