He has passionately worked with the youth for over six years, Lens has been crafting his skill as an educational consultant for over 2 years. Educationally, Lens holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology & Marketing from Hofstra University, complemented by a minor in Sociology .

Over the course of completing his studies in university, he has worked with various non-profits such as S.I.M.B.A. SANKOFA, and many more. These experiences enriched his understanding of the diverse challenges faced by the youth and equipped him with the tools to address them effectively.
